Hello all, I would like to ask you if there is a way that I could pass on a clients/contacts (that already exists on Pipedrive)ticket that I just created on Freshdesk into Pipedrive.

You can install this under Admin → Apps (from Blossom plan). In the installation page, you’d be requested to fill in your Pipedrive account URL and API key.
