The iorad for freshplug v 1.1 is attached. Please use this one as it makes all your solution articles instantly searchable from your freshdesk domain.


How do we update the "Download" button with the new version of the freshplug?



Button in v1 is too long for FRESHSERVICE due to the number of additional buttons needed in FRESHSERVICE incident. Page reorientation is unusable unless you scroll to the bottom.

Browser just crashes when I use this.

 



Plugin opens up iorad desktop without a problem, allows me to capture, but then gets stuck at 98% and does not allow me to edit the presentation.
