Looking for FreshDesk Custom App Developers

We are India's largest online healthcare platform and use Freshdesk for tracking out tickets. We have a separate internal db for various information on customers, etc. and would like to display additional information for a ticket from this internal db. We are looking to hire a full-time or part-time developer who can join us to work on this problem and many others. Please respond to this post, to learn more.

Could you assist in the following?  This is a request or idea submitted to Freshdesk 

I would like to request that since most people that would use this type of software has several companies that they provide service to the option of requiring the company as a drop down listing of all the companies in the system and remove the requirement for contacts as they will “grow” the contact list for each company unnecessarily. 

Next after the Company is selected when tabbing to contacts the contacts be a listing of the the contacts already associated with the Company.  Why attach contacts to a company if you can't utilize it in creating a support ticket.
