Agent can't be client for another Freshdesk

Received this from one of my agents.


I'm noticing whenever I'm in someone else's site and I hit their helpdesk and it happens to be freshdesk it automatically routes me into our account. How do I stop that from happening?


Does anyone know why this is?

Hello @rcschaff, Apologies for not getting back to you on this sooner. This happens when you are logged in to your Freshdesk account and try logging into another Freshdesk account in the same browser session. You’d be prompted to log out of the current session to login to the other account. 

 

In such cases, try logging into your client's Freshdesk in an incognito tab or after clearing the cache and cookies. You’d then be able to be a different account. I hope this helps.
