Cannot Edit a deleted contact and cannot add the new contact with the same email . Deleted contact has been waiting to delete for a week.

Apologies for leaving this unaddressed. Hope you were able to get this issue resolved!

 

Contact permanent deletion would generally take some time as it has to delete all the associated tickets and then delete the contact.It also depends on the number of jobs queued for contact deletion. However, this should be done within a couple of days. Should you have any trouble with the deletion, do not hesitate to write to support@freshdesk.com
