Customer Sat Survey: “{"code":"internal_error","message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."}

Hi

I’m testing the CSAT survey and after answering the CSAT survey questionnaire in email we are getting redirected to a page which has “{"code":"internal_error","message":"We're sorry, but something went wrong."}”. 

Can you help me out please?

Good day 🙂 I hope you created the test ticket with the personal email ID. Can you open your mailbox in an incognito tab and try submitting the survey so that you are not logged in as an agent in the current browser session? 

 

As far as I have seen, this error occurs when you submit feedback in the same browser session in which you are logged in as an agent.
