Facebook Messenger Bug

I was receiving DMs normally two days ago. Today however, a DM came in through one of my Facebook pages and I did not receive this message in Freshdesk. A quick search of the user’s name, also did not show any relevant results. I now have to log this manually through Facebook. Can someone assist on this?

I understand your concern. With regards to the Facebook DM issue, there has been an ongoing issue with the Facebook Dm not created as tickets and this is currently under a high priority request working by our development team.

Your patience will be truly appreciated and the issue will be resolved soon.
