When we are going to configue freshdesk in freshchat from Freshdesk Integrations - Freshchat this link

it showing us error like Freshdesk integration did not complete.

How we can solve it?

Hello Ashish,

 

Ideally, you should be able to integrate your Freshdesk account in Freshchat if you are in the right plan and have permission to do it. Kindly share the error screenshot and account details with us or alternately, write to support@freshdesk.com and we would be happy to help!
