I have a support issue that Freshworks has not touched in 11 days.
I also started a new support issue asking about the first one, four days ago. This ticket was closed by Freshdesk.
My question to you:
Is this the normal time I need to wait to have an answer to a question regarding this product?
What response time do you normally see?
