Hello!


Merge ticket button and Archievement Page link doesn't work for my Agents.


Tried with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.


Any help?

Hello Joao,


Can you please open the browser console and see if there are any error messages that you can spot w.r.t Merge? If yes, Can you help us with the X-Request ID of the failed request so that we can check the logs? You'd find the X-request ID in the Network tab in the console.

@joao.felipe Please do let us know if you are still facing any issues with Freshdesk. In case you do and require to fetch the x-request ID, please follow the steps below to fetch the X-request ID:
 
1) In the browser, open developer tools (inspect element) and navigate to the "Network Tab".
2) Click on "Preserve Log" radio button which would save the log.
3) Access the page which is throwing the error
4) Check for the entry in Red under the Network tab and click on it.
5) Goto to "Headers" tab of that request and check for "Response Headers".
6) Copy the X Request ID and send it to us.
