Hi guys!I’m trying to create a custom app for my freshsales dashoard.For testing purposes, with Freshworks CLI I’ve created a freshsales template.During the work, I faced 2 problems:1. when creating an app, I get the following error ( on the screen )https://t4709810.p.clickup-attachments.com/t4709810/bf2810a0-7330-438a-9c4e-df5e1f31720f/image.png2. I can't launch developer mode. I launched the local server with CLI, in browser set up my account's url + ?dev, but got the response from freshwork: couldn't find the page. I’m just learning FreshCRM and surprised there is no obvious way to export contacts, accounts or deals to a CSV file. I expected an option in the contacts, accounts or deals list view to export but its not there. I looked at Analytics but can’t seem to add columns to the table output. The reporting tool in analytics looks like its not extensible. Is there any way for a sales manager to export a list of contacts, accounts, or deals. Need to be able to filter to various lists and customize columns for the output.
Are there any keyboard shortcuts in the CRM? I don’t see any. Most importantly I’d like to have a shortcut to start search. Also nice if you could start search for common objects with keyboard shortcut such as accounts, deals and contacts.I wonder why focus is not by default on the search field. This seems like the obvious place to set the cursor when loading a page.

Hi there - The documentation for listing all fields shows that it is possible to get the groups to which fields belong by adding the following query param: include=field_group.This works and I imagine that it can be used to fetch group information about a field to get things like the group’s label, etc (e.g., “Basic Information”).However I cannot find a way in which we can use the field group ids to get group information - is there such an endpoint?Thanks!Ismael

Two days ago I signup for the first time with gmail and got access to the trial, uploaded all the information of my clients into de CRM. This morning I close the tabs and try to enter again signing up with google and it kind of created a new account with the same email, I dont understand why or how can I sign in and have my info back. Luckily I added others users and they can sign in but I cant. Hi,I’m trying to reduce the fields requiring manual entries and thus want to auto populate a field called country code dependent on the country picked. Example India → 91, US → 1, etc. This is 1 to 1 mapping hence the values should be assigned by default when picking a country. Unable to do so by making it a dependent field, because even then it shows the option in a dropdown and not by default. Also, if someone can help create default values for a lot of fields it would help out. As of now all custom fields default to blanks. It should be easy to pick one option as a default field.
