Thats great to see! I’ve used service now, and yes, it is the Rolls Royce of products. But the cost is extreme when you factor in the staff you need to maintain it. 

I’ve used Sysaid, Atlassian  and manage engine. I really do prefer the deceptive simplicity of fresh service. 

The number of things i can do with this tool is amzing. And a bit like Zac said in his talk, it's actually helping my career! 

I hope as a community we can keep giving you vital feedback to help shape this into the best platform out there! because together we really are going from going from strength to strength!
