403 error with freshservice app

I try to connect my freshservice app on my samsung pad with my google account but it’s not working anymore. i have a 403 error 

i think there is a problem with google device policy.

Tipple check to make sure google is still an authentication source under admin/helpdesk security.


There are several ways to address this issue:

  • Use Private or Incognito mode – This will open a new browser windows that isn’t automatically logged into your personal Google account. 
  • Log out – log out of your personal Google account and then log back in using your Champlain Google account
  • Use another browser – If you’re logged into your personal account in Chrome, open a Firefox or Internet Explorer and log in to your Champlain Google account
