Hi,

I'd like to show just a couple of rows of announcements, not just the title.

Is there a way to do that ?

Hi Dario 


In Agent View, Agents can see the announcements with few lines of the content by navigating to the announcements section.


In the end user view, only the title of the announcement will be shown and adding a few rows of the content will make the UI cluttered and hence this cannot be achieved.
