asset import csv issue

While uploading the CSV to add the assets on to the systems , its giving date error.

I am going to guess that mismatch is the problem. I would say this is a bug and shouldn’t be happening. The import should take any date format or at least match what your freshservice settings are, in my opinion. So may I suggest you reach out to support@freshservice.com for some assistance with reporting the issue and see if they can confirm that is the cause of the failure and get it fixed. Tagging @sanofar.allahpichai for some technical assistance.
