I’ve been thinking if it is possible to setup like this:
When user’s AD is already disabled it will sync to FreshService and it will also disabled the FreshService account. (btw im using Okta for SSO)

Since you already have SSO setup with Okta, you can also try our Okta SCIM app to achieve this use case provided your AD and Okta instances are in sync.

Hey, now they have this function under Admin → Discovery ->Settings→ under User Sync Settings.
