While setting up SCIM provisioning via the Freshservice Provisioning app and documentation, I came across this mapping. There’s no reference to it in the documentation, but it’s included in the app on the AzureAD marketplace that documentation directs us to use. I’m wondering if anyone has found a straightforward way to use it?
My first thought was to use an AAD group membership for Agents, but I’m not sure how to configure that. Any thoughts?
