Cannot find permission within agent role for create new vendor

See, title, I cannot find the permission within any agent role for create a new vendor. The button is there for full admins but not for a asset management admin

@tzzz - I can sympathize - we hit the same issue where adding a new Vendor is reserved for Account Admins only - it seems a bit of overkill and a likely bottleneck as well.  Perhaps you can submit this as an Idea.
