Change Ticket ID number

Whenever a ticket is submitted it is numbered with an #INC: followed by a number.


Is there any way to change where it says "INC" to something else?

As per ITIL recommendation we name it such a way and do provide other ITIL modules such as Problem, Change & Release and we do not support custom name for the Ticket types.
