is there a way to combine reports so I can have the Y axis total tickets and the x axis priority and have a line added to show the SLA for each priority

As already discussed on the support ticket raised, both Analytics and Custom Reports do allow you to create a graph of total tickets grouped by priority. SLAs are predefined hence we would suggest, showing ticket ‘Due by’ as a column in your report’s tabular data section for insight.
