I am trying to understand the functionality on edit contact where I can select “Can see all tickets from associated companies”. I do have the situation where I want a contact at one company to be able to see tickets at another company. I don’t see how to associate companies though.
Any help is appreciated.
@dwoods11 When you click on Edit Contact, you can associate more than 1 company to the contact. Just above the checkbox of “Can see all tickets from associated companies” you would be able to add the user to multiple companies. When the checkbox is checked, the user can view all tickets from the respective companies they’re associated with. So if you would need to have a contact view tickets from another company (lets’ say company xyz), then the contact needs to be added into the company xyz as well.
