We want to show service items publicly before one even decides to raise a request.
Did anyone find work around to accomplish it?
@saifali.shaik Currently the service catalog items would only be visible for users who are logged into the portal and if you need to display the service items without logging in, we can suggest creating solution articles with the list of items and links to each item so the users can access the same after logging in. Solution articles can be made visible to users without logging in as well based on the folder permissions.
