Anyone knows if the Field Service Management will come to Freshservice?
I see a big use for this if you have a group for onsite support.

@daniel.soderlund field service management is definitely a great enterprise service management use case. I wrote about it in 2014 calling out:

  1. The ability to create work orders from incidents
  2. Drag-and-prop visual dispatch and automation
  3. Location-based management
  4. Consolidated inventory and parts management
  5. A mobile optimized interface for field service technicians
  6. Customized reporting and dashboards

Being provided by the ITSM/service management tool via mobile capabilities in the main.
