Hello all,

we have accidentally deleted articles or folders in the knowledge base, is it possible to retrieve them or are they irrevocably gone?

@Manuel007 unfortunately not, thats why we keep a backup on the cloud of all our solutions /KB articles, so if something gets removed, its always recoverable
