I see this in the announcements but I'm not seeing any updates to FreshPlugs. Something I'm missing?

Hi Mike,
If you go to Admin -> Integrations -> Freshplugs -> New Freshplug, you will find the option "Request Item Dialog" in the "Show Widget in" dropdown. Plugs written using this option will execute on the "Request Item" dialog present in the Agent login.
Note: The "Request Item Dialog" will appear in the dropdown only when an account has the Service Catalog feature.
Hi Mike, as Radheshyam suggested you can find it in Admin>Integration>Freshplug>New Freshplug and you can find Request Item dialog and where you can enforce plug for the service catalog hence marking this resolved.
