I am trying to create a ticket where a manager can select multiple users from a multi dropdown where each user then has a task created in the workflow for them so agents can track doing the task for each user. At the moment there is no way to separate the information in the multi dropdown e.g in the placeholders you can’t have a place holder for each bit of information added just one placeholder that includes everything.
Is there a way to do some sort of “for each” loop in the workflow so we can separate out the info added in a multi dropdown
