It's not in Portal Customization / Portal Pages / New Ticket.
The portal customisation under Helpdesk Rebranding applies only to the end user (requester) portal in Freshservice. We do not have the option to customise the agent side of Freshservice.
How then do I prevent agents from adding new requesters ?
I have followed up on this with our Product Team on this and I am expecting to hear from them soon. I shall give you an update once I hear from them.
We currently do not have the option to prevent the agents from creating new requesters on the new ticket page.
However, I shall create a ticket and take this up with our Product team to see how this can be taken forward.
