How to use ticket fields in emails?

In email bodies we have expression like this

Hi {{ticket.agent.name}},

Ticket "#{{ticket.id}} - {{ticket.subject}}" has been reopened, please visit {{ticket.url}} to view the ticket.

 

From where do we get the details about these field names to be used like ticket.subject?

Is there any link where these details can be seen and also what would be the names of custom fields?

I got the answer. Its in Insert Placeholder in the email.

Correct, and don’t forget that since these are liquid language placeholders, you can use liquid filters to alter the result. See more here https://shopify.github.io/liquid/basics/introduction/.
