Hi everyone

Did anyone manage to discover Igel thin clients to the Freshservice assets? If so, would you mind sharing how?

Hi @alephtaph Our Discovery probe does not support discovery of thin clients. Though the probe would discover the device as a hardware device, the properties pertaining to the device won’t be discovered and also would create operational difficulties like creation of duplicate records within the inventory.
