Our users are asked to complete the Captcha when logging in and resetting passwords, they are answering up to 7 screens before being able to get in. Our users need quick access, can we disable the captcha’s?

Hi Julie,
The captcha screens are enabled for users who request to reset their password before activating their profile within Freshworks org. This has been added as an additional step to ensure security and to avoid any spam users being created on your Freshworks organisation. Also, it is to note that only the users who have not activated their profile or first time logging in users would be presented with this captcha. It is not possible to disable the captcha entirely for your account. However, would you be able to explore the option of configuring SSO with your Freshworks organisation. Doing this, the users can directly log in using the SSO credentials and need not enter a separate password for Freshworks organisation and this also prevents them from using the Captcha to activate their profile.
