Basically I want to filter my tickets the way that it shows all tickets except from one category.
So right now what I have to do is add all the categories in the filter, but it doesn't show the tickets that has no category.
Is there a solution to this?
Currently we don’t have a way to do filtering on the ticket list view based on NOT conditions. We have passed this as a feedback to our product team and we’ll keep the community updated when we have this built within the filters. For now, you can configure a report in Analytics which filters for empty category values and then you can use the tabular data to view the tickets or also use the schedule option to receive the report to your mailbox on a daily basis.
