Logos and edit to company name on top of page ?


as well we want a break down of the agent per month on pricing 

we are a 2 tech 1 office manager shop

I'm assuming that you're looking to add your company's logo and name on the portal (please correct me if that's not it). You can do that (and a lot more) by going to Admin> Helpdesk Rebranding.
