MTTR - what do you see the R as?

It was very late when I actually came to understand the importance of properly defining the R before hand and also discuss it with your team as well. To me, I have always found it useful to measure the Mean Time To Resolve, though we have tried and experimented with Repair and Recovery. But currently, this metric of Resolution seems to be working for us.
