All of our agents are having issues when copying from almost any source (Word, excel, web, outlook etc), when pasting to freshservice it brings some junk characters to the Freshservice editor. Pasting the same content from clipboard to anywhere else outside Freshservice is fine.
Does anyone else facing same issue?

Sorry for the delayed response to this post.
We tried recreating this issue and our developers were able to recreate this, seems this happens mostly on Windows machine and looks like an issue with the code formatter for copy paste function.
We have passed this to our Developers and we should deploy a fix upon executing Test scenarios on different browsers and apps, will keep you posted on the release.Â
