Anyone have a clean way to show the current approver of a ticket? Right now we maintain a “Approver’s Name” field through automation, but the second we step out of workflow we have to manually update it and the API doesn’t pull active approvers name or email.

I believe you are requesting for the reqeustors to view current approvers? may i know how did you setup that up.
Correct, I am requesting that. Right now have a Ticket Field called “Approvers Name” and when the workflow sends approvals it updates the Approvers Name field to whoever we sent approvals to. The problem is when we have to manually send approvals outside of a workflow. The team has to remember to update it. It would be lovely if there was a API or toggle switch to show pending approval by who.
This is something that i wish they can consider adding as new feature.
