I’ve been trying to construct a workflow where a note in the child ticket is automatically added to the parent ticket.

I can’t find ‘association type’ anywhere and when trying to add an action i can only choose ‘ on this ticket’ or ‘on child tickets’.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

The problem is I don’t want to sync every child ticket with a parent ticket.
In my case it would only be usefull for some very specific service requests. So I think I have to build a conditional workflow.
