I’m seeing project analytics under Reporting in freshservice support but I’m unable to see it in my account. Am I missing something? I cant find any useful documentation also. Please help check.

Hi.
You need to have the proper permissions in order to view such sub-menu.
Under Roles - Permissions - Reports - View and manage project task reports:
