When a new ticket is created in FreshService, can it be automatically copied over to a SharePoint Online list (to be added as an item there)? How?

You can use webhooks in workflow automator to get this to work, or you could use MS Power Automate and the freshservice connector. Lastly, you could build a custom application using javascript and installing it through the developer portal to your instance of freshservice.Â
