Modern Workload Management with Freshservice
Is it possible to create a ticket anonymously in freshservice, like a whistleblower function?
We could achieve this through the Support Portal settings by allowing the users to submit tickets in your portal without having to login. We can hard-code a dummy email address in the new ticket form and have users submit the ticket anonymously.
The settings can be configured under Admin >> General Settings >> Support Channels >> Support Portal
