I'm in the process of trying to model a workflow inside my Freshservice instance. The workflow should create a series of tasks once the status of a change is changed. However, this workflow doesn't seem to be active even though it's been activated.

When a Change is created, the Status is automatically set to Open. So the way the workflow is written would not work. The Event would need to be when "Status is changed", etc. (see screenshot). See if that corrects the issue. And then you will not need the Condition, can go straight to Action.
