SEO add meta description and title in Freshstatus

Hi,I have 2 pages made with Freshstatus that has duplicate title and meta description. It seems Freshstatus only has a global SEO editor and does not have the ability to edit every page. Anyone has a solution to this?

The chatGPT Chrome extension allows you to get the answer to your Google search right on the page

As the title suggests, I recently found an ChatGPT extension for Search Engines such as Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc. You just need to log in to the main page: https://chat.openai.com/ and then you can use the external utility from the browser.

How to I log in to freshstatus as an Admin?

I feel like i find myself in a loop when trying to log into freshstatus. When I go to my page link and select agent login, it says i need to create an account. (I have already created an account). So i figure, i’ll try again. It tells me to try another email. I also tried selecting that i forgot my url. It says my email does not exist.. i’m lost.

Best Practices for using Freshstatus incidents to notify customers

We have freshstatus tied in to our freshdesk account. I’m curious about the best way to utilize automated emails/reporting to notify certain groups of contacts in freshdesk based on the incident.Is this do-able, and whats the best way to do this.  Basically, looking for the best way to try to notify customers when we create an incidnet, and have that be as automated as possible.   THanks!

How to change the language of the status page in Freshstatus?

I’m a total Freshworks newbie, so please excuse if I’m asking for something obvious: How can I change the language of the Freshstatus status page? I have seen that many of the items can be localized invididually, but there is still static text like “Ongoing Incidents”, “Duration”, “Last updated”, “Affected services” or the contect of the “Subscribe” feature that are still in English. Thanks for enlightening me :-)Thomas

Multiple Pages in Freshstatus

Two related questions:Are there any capabilities to create multiple separate status pages in Freshstatus? If not, is there any way to alter permissions for certain users to only be able to view specified services while hiding others? We are looking to develop a status page(s) that allows us to view and manage internal incidents/status bars privately while also being able to expose incidents/statuses to external clients as well.Any advice around the matter would be awesome! Thanks

Does anyone know if it is possible for freshStatus to receive data from Azure Monitor?Documentation is a bit vague on the matter.Single tenant architecture needing a customer facing status page of platform and application pods.

It's here! Freshstatus 3.0 🎉

Hello Freshstatus users! Last Thursday, 15th July we had successfully launched Freshstatus 3.0. Hope you got to use all the features . Here’s a quick snapshot of all that was released:1. Authenticate users with SSO/SAML : Setup SSO for your team so they can access their Private status page with their company credentials. 2. API for CRUD Incident and Scheduled Maintenance, Incident updates (finally!)3. Quick Service Status Change: Change service status without creating an Incident or Scheduled Maintenance. 4. Customise your Email Alerts: On popular demand, now you can customize the “from” & “reply-to” email addresses and DKIM settings. You can also change the look & feel of these emails along with its content. 5. More Subscriber Alert Channels :RSS/ATOM - Get update notifications as RSS/ATOM feed. Webhook - Subscribers can set up their own Webhook integrations to connect with any channel they like and receive regular updates.6. Follow an Incident:  Your end users have the option

Closing or changing ticket status in Microsoft Teams

It would be really great to be able to update the status of tickets from within MS Teams. I can reply there but have to go to FreshDesk to close it, that sort of defeats the point of working within Teams.
