Sometimes, companies like to set a qualifier round, in the form of an online test that is sent to the candidates as soon as they apply. Instead of sending them manually every time a candidate moves to the next stage, you can automate it in Freshteam. - Go to the Job for which you'd like to set online tests. Navigate to Autopilot workflows.- Select 'Send online test'. The event is automatically selected. - Select the test you'd like to send to the candidates. You can choose to notify the candidate with an email from your end, and notify the hiring manager once the test is completed. - Hit Save and you are done.
Hi Freshteam,We are currently using Freshteam for hiring purpose.We need the way to remind candidate after sending the welcome or challenge round email if they did not respond after 2 days.We do it manually but hopefully there is a way to automate it.Thank you.
The screening and interview process vary for each job. As a result, you should be able to set up hiring processes specific to the job opening. Freshteam lets you do that and a lot more.But before we get into the nitty-gritty of hiring process, here are some details you need to keep in mind:There are 5 non-customizable stages in the hiring process: Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Offer, and Hire, respectively. Each stage has a preset number of rounds that a candidate needs to clear before proceeding to the next stage. Apart from the preset rounds, you can add customized rounds under the Screening, Interview, and Offer stages. To set up your hiring process, - Go to the job to which you’d like to add the hiring process. Click on Hiring Workflow. - Click Manage Hiring Process.- In the pop-up that follows, Add custom rounds as necessary by clicking on the “+” icon next to the Screening, Interview, and Offer stages.- Type in the name of your round and also determine what skills you want t
We currently use only the ‘Department’ field, which means that Sub Departments & Business Units are empty in employee profiles (which doesn’t look great), is there any way to get rid of them for now? I don’t seem to see this option in the settings. Many thanks for the advice!
Hope to get some help with Employee Type- can I amend the list in any way? Currently it has: Contract, Full Time, Internship, Part Time, Temporary, Seasonal, Volunteer, Fixed term contract, Secondment. I need to have: Permanent (missing in current list- it’s different that contract- meaning contractor), Contract, Internship, Temporary, Seasonal, Volunteer, Fixed Term contract, Secondment. And need to separate full time and part time as a separate record. Unfortunately it looks that Employee type is a mandatory field and cannot be changed, but the way it currently is set up really doesn’t help Many thanks for advice!
I’m setting up an employee directory and would like to be sure I have all fields needed & keep it simple. Where can I find all possible fields with suggested answers (e.g. Employee Type- Full-Time/Part-Time)?There is a CVS Upload file, but for already selected fields, not all are available. Hello,Through a test candidate profile, we noted that as soon as a candidate was moved from "open" to the next stage, "reviewing" in our case, they were notified that they had been "shortlisted" for the role. This is completely misleading and we'd really like to avoid such situations when we start the official screening process. We only want candidates to be notified when they have advanced to the "recruiter interview" stage onwards. Is there a way to stop this automated email at the "reviewing" stage? Appreciate you help.
I could not find any feature in Freshteam that allows us to record and track employee´s coaching sessions. I would like to be able to record into the employee profile notes about their coaching sessions such as conference recording links ( Gotomeeting, for example), areas of improvement needed, developed skills and so on. Any help is highly appreciated.
Canned responses are typically the predefined responses for some of the commonly asked questions or scenarios. Instead of typing the same email over and over again, you can simply send these pre-typed emails instead.For instance, every time you schedule a Face to Face interview, you receive candidate emails asking about the interview panel and the office location. Instead of wasting your time typing the same email to every candidate, you can simply create a canned response.- Head to Settings and move to Canned responses > 'Add New'- Create the response for the entire team, or for yourself. - Type in your desired content. With Dynamic Placeholders, you do not have to manually edit the canned responses with details like candidate name, Office location, interviewer’s name and so on. - Hit Save, and you are good to go!
