How do I add my hiring panel to a particular job opening?

Hiring is not a one-man job. You have multiple stakeholders such as candidates, hiring manager, interviewers and so on. To associate them to a particular job opening:Go to the Job to which you want to add the hiring panel. Scroll down to the end of the page where you find the option to add your hiring panel. You can only add members who have been using Freshteam. To invite members to use Freshteam, click here.

Hired someone using Freshteam? Add them as an employee in your HRMS, automatically.

Let's assume you are someone who uses Freshteam ATS for hiring, but manage your Employee Record in another HRMS. Manually adding the employee records as soon as you hire someone is time-consuming. That's where Webhooks in Freshteam can help.Before creating the webhook, ensure that you have the following information from your HRMS. API Request URLThe ENDPOINT for the usage you want. In this case, creating an employee (Each Software will call this differently. Find out how it is configured in your software and attach to the end of the URL. Eg: Employee Profile/Profile.)The authorization information. This can be Username - Password, Header Key and Value or OAuth. (If it's OAuth, you would need the help of a developer to set it up. The body request content for your HRMS. - Once that's done, go to the job wherein you'd like to add the webhook.- View Job Details > Manage Autopilot Workflows. - Select Update HRMS to create a webhook to send details to your HR Portal.- Name your workflow Ev

Right now, the bulk delete is limited to 25 employees per page. I’m looking at a total of 5000 employees, Any way of deleting the entire 5000 employees, without going through 200 pages of 25 employees each??

Facing Issues in code coverage

I’ve been facing issues while doing code coverage. There is an inconsistency in reflection of changes in the coverage folder. Even if the relevant code gets executed that change is not getting covered in the coverage folder.The issues i’ve faced so far:-1. The code coverage module considers statements as branches. So it's not possible to cover that by simulating relevant scenarios.2. The code coverage module considers logs as branches. 3. When we simulate an event in local instance, The coverage is not not getting reflected even after the relevant code of that event is running properly.Is there a fix for this ?

Send online tests to candidates automatically

Sometimes, companies like to set a qualifier round, in the form of an online test that is sent to the candidates as soon as they apply. Instead of sending them manually every time a candidate moves to the next stage, you can automate it in Freshteam. - Go to the Job for which you'd like to set online tests. Navigate to Autopilot workflows.- Select 'Send online test'. The event is automatically selected. - Select the test you'd like to send to the candidates. You can choose to notify the candidate with an email from your end, and notify the hiring manager once the test is completed. - Hit Save and you are done.

How to set up the hiring process for the job opening?

The screening and interview process vary for each job. As a result, you should be able to set up hiring processes specific to the job opening. Freshteam lets you do that and a lot more.But before we get into the nitty-gritty of hiring process, here are some details you need to keep in mind:There are 5 non-customizable stages in the hiring process: Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Offer, and Hire, respectively. Each stage has a preset number of rounds that a candidate needs to clear before proceeding to the next stage. Apart from the preset rounds, you can add customized rounds under the Screening, Interview, and Offer stages. To set up your hiring process, - Go to the job to which you’d like to add the hiring process. Click on Hiring Workflow. - Click Manage Hiring Process.- In the pop-up that follows, Add custom rounds as necessary by clicking on the “+” icon next to the Screening, Interview, and Offer stages.- Type in the name of your round and also determine what skills you want t

Sub Departments & Business Units

We currently use only the ‘Department’ field, which means that Sub Departments & Business Units are empty in employee profiles (which doesn’t look great), is there any way to get rid of them for now? I don’t seem to see this option in the settings. Many thanks for the advice!

Freshteam - Employee Type

Hope to get some help with Employee Type- can I amend the list in any way? Currently it has: Contract, Full Time, Internship, Part Time, Temporary, Seasonal, Volunteer, Fixed term contract, Secondment. I need to have: Permanent (missing in current list- it’s different that contract- meaning contractor), Contract, Internship, Temporary, Seasonal, Volunteer, Fixed Term contract, Secondment. And need to separate full time and part time as a separate record. Unfortunately it looks that Employee type is a mandatory field and cannot be changed, but the way it currently is set up really doesn’t help Many thanks for advice!
