It would be nice to have subfolders under the folders so it is more clear how the information is build up

But also: the API (v2) has methods for interacting with subfolders, though I cannot find anything more about them. Are they an actual thing maybe hidden, legacy or experimental…?

Answering my own question...I eventually discovered that subfolders are apparently now available, but only at enterprise tier. Pff.
