Wanna ask about how's my freshteam free trial status?
Because when its free trial on estate plan, we downgraded it to sprout, now we cant upgrade to estate with free trial anymore.

Thanks for reaching out to us. 

Since you subscribed to the Sprout plan, you would have not been able to move to the Estate trial again. We have now put your account back on Estate trial for 8 days. Do you need help with anything else?
