In the dashboard, Freshteam does not provide employee counts - charts by the team, branch, work mode, and designation. Hiring is not a one-man job. You have multiple stakeholders such as candidates, hiring manager, interviewers and so on. To associate them to a particular job opening:Go to the Job to which you want to add the hiring panel. Scroll down to the end of the page where you find the option to add your hiring panel. You can only add members who have been using Freshteam. To invite members to use Freshteam, click here.
To post jobs across multiple job boards, ensure that you have created a job in Freshteam and published it in your career site. Once it is published, in the pop-up that follows, enable the option to post jobs in free job boards. Select the job boards in which you’d like to post and you are done!
Interviews are an integral part of the recruitment process. With Freshteam taking care of your recruitment needs, it becomes effortless to schedule interviews. Here’s how it’s done:Head to Recruit > Candidates view and click on the candidate's name. If the candidate is in the Interview Stage, click Schedule Interview at the top of the candidate name. Else click on the "three dotted icons" to find the "Schedule" option.On doing so, we will redirect you to the Interview page where you can schedule the interview with the hiring panel, choose the interview stage, timing, duration and so on.Hit Schedule and Continue.On doing so, you will be redirected to the candidate notification email. Change the email content if necessary and schedule the interview. Freshteam will also schedule the interviews for the panel members and notify them about the same.
Have you enabled Offer management in your Freshteam account? If not, Head to Settings > Preferences > Recruit. Once that’s enabled, this how your offer drafting page would look:Name the approval stage to give clarity on who is approving it. Choose the approvers from the drop-down list. Choose if you want mandatory approval from everyone, or leave it as an option. Once you have added all the stages, click on Initiate Approval to begin the process.You can also remind the approver by sending reminders to approve the offer.

Every company has an identity, a style by which they design their website. And you’d want your career site to look like the rest of your webpage. Here’s how you Freshteam can align your career site design to that of your webpage. To make some basic changes to your career site: Head to Settings, and move to Career site.Here, you can update the name of the website, logo, banner image etc. If you have a development team helping you with the website design, you can customize it further by clicking Advanced Settings.Here, you can change the Brand color, font,and form. You can also include your own stylesheet, modify the layout of the page, or customize the appearance of each page. Now before you publish it, get a preview of how it would look. And once you are happy with the changes, you can Save and Publish it.
When Freshteam becomes an integral part of your work, you’d want Freshteam to make work as easy as possible, taking care of all the redundant tasks. That’s where Keyboard Shortcuts can help. Here’s how you enable it: Click on your profile avatar, present in the top-right corner. From the drop-down, you will see the first option as Keyboard Shortcuts. Click on View Shortcuts to see what are the different shortcut controls for different functions. Based on the permissions allowed to your user role, the keyboard shortcut would vary.Once you know what your shortcuts are, click on the enable button to use them.
