How to hide "New support ticket" and " Check ticket status"

Hi


I want to embed knowledge base to my other website.


But I don't want "New support ticket" and " Check ticket status" show on the same page. 


Is it possible to hide them?

Hello Sabrina,




You can use the following code under Admin -> Portals -> Customise portal - > Stylesheet section to hide these links.




 


.hc-nav{
display:none;
}
