list of free themes

It would be good if you had the ability to filter themes by free/premium. It was a pain to click through every theme only to find out majority of them had a cost associated. At a minimum at least provide a list of the free ones, which is only about 4 themes.

Customize Register Page

Dear freshdesk community,for our company we're using freshdesk for our supports. I really enjoy the ability to customize the supportpage, but the custom colors are not added to the following page <companyname>.freshdesk.com/register/XXXXXXX.There is always the green standard design activated. Freshdesk - Portal customisation

In portal customisation, in ticket details page using liquid code able to get only few ticket details but some of the information are not available. Working:          {{ticket.created_on}}  Not Working:          {{ticket.resolved_on}} Need to way to print or get, what are the available properties for the ticket details page. https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/71599 doesn't provide details about ticket properties.

Adding field on the print paper

When I print a ticket in FreshDesk, there are ticket details on top of first page (see image). I would like to add a field with the name Company under the field Group. How does that work and where in FreshDesk do I have to change or add the field. Can someone help me? Thanks for your help and tips.

Display articles from specific Solutions categories and filter by most popular

Hello, I'm looking to customize a section of our Freshdesk support homepage, but I need some assistance.  What I would like to do is have a 'Popular Articles' section that shows 5 most popular articles. I'm hoping I can do two things to accomplish this. Show 5 articles from specific Solutions categories that I define (not all categories). Filter the results based on the most popular article (i.e. most visited articles). So far all I can seem to do is... {% for article in portal.recent_articles limit:5 %} ...which shows the 5 most recent articles from all categories. This is a start, but not what I want.

PageLayout - Preview mode sometimes publishes changes

In customizing my page styles and layout, I find that many times clicking "Preview" actually results in pushing those changes live. Yikes! This defeats the purpose of Preview mode.I didn't hit Save, or Save and Publish, just Preview yet about 1/2 the time my live site now has the changes I just made. I certainly don't want my live site to be where I test my new code.Has anyone else seen this?
