Feature Request: Add Font Size Adjustment Options to Ticket Replies and Canned Responses

The rich text editor in Freshservice currently lacks a native option to change the font size in both Ticket Replies and Canned Responses. While we can adjust formatting like bolding we cannot change the exact text size directly within the interface. In Freshdesk there is the option to use header1 or header2 which is missing in Freshservice.

Proposed Solution

Add a standard Font Size dropdown menu to the formatting toolbar in:

  1. The Canned Responses editor (Admin settings).

  2. The global Ticket Reply / Note window (Agent view).

We’re forever being chided by our manager that fonts in communications from Freshservice are not consistent.  The only way we’ve found to ensure they are consistent is pulling them into a Word document, setting a very specific font and size the pasting them into the Canned Response or workflow email.  This time consuming and prone to error. Plus other formatting like bulleted and numbered lists doesn’t already carry back to Freshservice properly.  

Please give the Rich Text editor in Freshservice some more love!
