Hi,


I want to filter ticket by Tags like Status combine with Requester. I already contact Freshdesk and they said it is impossible. 


Please! Do it as urgent because it help us a lot.


Anyone like this ideas with me?

If I understand you are looking for an AND search of tags instead of an OR search, I am with you, I just posted a similar request.
