I have been trying to setup our Knowledge Base articles to be better organized, and the search for it brings up a lot of articles that are not well named and tagged. I was wondering if it would be possible to setup a visibility setting for articles similar to “unlisted” videos in Youtube, where the article would not come up in search results at all, but can be accessed to with a direct link.
My main hope is to setup an article that links to sub-articles without causing all of the sub-articles to pop up in our search, making the main article harder to find right away in search.
